Elsastrasse is in a quiet residential area, yet only steps away from the bustling happenings of Zurich’s cultural, business and recreational hotspots. Around the corner to the left of the building is the Bullingerplatz, which is a wonderful area packed with local cafés, little shops, pop-up stores and restaurants. To the right is the Albisriederplatz, offering you nearby shopping facilities for the daily needs of your cuisine, a delicious Asian-Oriental take away, a pharmacy and a local post office. The nicely sized units offer enough space to live, relax and entertain. Each unit is designed to provide an open plan living and dining area, seamlessly fading into the kitchen, ensuring a spacious yet cozy living environment. The recent renovation included building measures to lower outside noise emissions as well as to isolate the building. The frame work of the tables are recycled scaffolding pipes. The wood is decades old and has been mildly sanded and treated to ensure the characteristics of the wood are brought to the front. Elsastrasse is a perfect option for your stay in Zurich, be it for a short visit or a longer stay. Grocery stores, a bakery and a butcher are located just around the corner. The district hub for public transport is located just 100m away and grants you perfect access to the major corporate centers in and around Zurich as well as many other iconic recreation scenes the city has to offer.
