This well-presented 1980s house has been thoughtfully reimagined to offer a unique art and design-inspired vibe. Featuring clean lines that combine simplicity with comfort, the space has been recently redecorated and carpeted throughout. Originally part of the Energy World exhibition in 1986, this house was one of the Gas show homes, showcasing state-of-the-art energy-efficient features (though we’ll admit, things have come a long way since then! 😊).

The Space

With its welcoming atmosphere, this house offers a blend of style and comfort. It includes a spacious lounge, dining room, conservatory, two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite), a single bedroom, a shared family bathroom, and a downstairs cloakroom. The large, accessible garden is available to guests, including those staying in the annexe.

The house retains an 80s retro vibe, preserving many of the original Energy World features and quirky elements that give it its charm. It’s a non-smoking, pet-free household.

Other Things to Note
