The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals with ease, combining period architecture with modern conveniences for a warm and inviting retreat. Entry is simple with electronic keypads for both the building and the suite, with unique access codes provided prior to arrival in your digital guidebook. Parking includes one designated driveway space, with additional paid street parking nearby. Our guest services team is available daily from 9 AM–6 PM, and 24/7 for emergencies, and you’ll receive your digital guidebook in advance with check-in details, property information, and local tips. Standard check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out at 10 AM, with early or late requests available through the guidebook. A car is recommended, but Duluth offers reliable public transportation, ride-share services, and taxis to get you around with ease. The property is dog-friendly for up to two dogs per reservation, with a fee per dog. Dogs must be leashed in common areas and not left unattended unless crated.
