Please note that this is a smoke-free property—smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors, on balconies, or in shared areas. Violations will result in immediate termination of stay and a minimum $500 recovery fee. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and guests must respect the building’s noise policy, monitored by decibel sensors to ensure a peaceful environment.

Guests will receive a secure smart lock code for self-check-in prior to arrival. A $200 refundable security hold or a $39.99 damage waiver is required. Valid government-issued ID, matching credit card, and completion of verification are mandatory before check-in.

Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two animals (combined 40 lbs) and an additional fee based on the length of stay. Service animals are accepted, but emotional support animals may be subject to standard pet fees.

Long-term guests (30+ days) may be asked to complete a background and credit check. Early check-in, late checkout, or mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
