Situated in the heart of this friendly, iconic Northern city, PREMIER SUITES Newcastle is home to 28 serviced apartments. All our apartments are bright and contemporary in style, providing both corporate and leisure travelers a unique alternative to a traditional hotel stay. With a choice of one bedroom or two bedroom apartments, all apartments are spacious and consist of an open-plan living room with Freeview TV, dining area and modern equipped kitchens. We have complimentary Wi-Fi internet throughout our property and on-site underground parking is available, at an additional charge. The Tyne and Wear Metro system and excellent public bus services will allow you to explore this amazing region. Newcastle Central Station is less than 5 minutes’ walk away. Please Note: It is important to us that you enjoy every minute of your stay; however, there are some rules that we require you to adhere to ensure that you and other current and future guests can have an excellent stay. Failure to comply with these rules will result in your security deposit being withheld, if you are part of a group then the entire group bond may be withheld. •Noise – In order not to interfere with others, we make it company policy that noise is kept to a minimum at all times, but especially after 10pm every night, NO NOISE is permitted. If complaints are received after this time, you will be asked immediately to vacate your apartment by security whilst we still reserve the right to apply any further charges to your card or retain a portion of any security deposits paid. •Parties – No parties are permitted, and no visiting guests without prior authorisation from the General Manager. Unauthorised guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. •Loss/Damage – Any loss/damage to the apartment(s) and its contents or breaking of any guest rules will result in loss of security deposit paid and/or possibility of further charges being made to the card used to guarantee the booking. Please report any breakages, no matter how small, to the office – we are reasonable and appreciate accidents can happen. •Inventory – All of the suites’ inventory must remain within the suite, should any items be missing, you will be charged. •Cleanliness – We expect the suite to be left in a clean and tidy condition before you leave. If we deem the suite to be left in an unacceptable condition, then a charge will be levied to the card used to guarantee the reservation or will be withheld from the security deposit. •Smoking Policy –No smoking rule applies. If you smoke in a suite or public area, then you are breaking the law and you will lose your full deposit.. •Fire – Anyone found tampering with fire equipment, emergency door points or fire break glass points will be asked to leave the suites immediately and or will be reported to the police •Check out – Check out time is 11am. Prompt failure to depart at this time will be classed as a late departure and is charged at £10.00 per hour. If you wish to arrange a late departure (subject to availability) then please contact reception. •Occupants – please note that the following applies: a one bedroom suite sleeps 2 adults and a 2 bedroom suite sleeps 4 adults – if additional guests are found that have not been pre-booked a £100.00 charge will apply for each additional occupant of the suite. Additional guests may be allowed only when arranged at reservation stage up to a maximum of 5 in a two bedroom apartment. Please note you will receive a separate SOTpay link for your security deposit of £250.00. This is held until the date of your departure. Following no issues, this will be refunded back to you. However please allow your bank 2-3 working days to reverse this back to your account. Unfortunately, a small number of guests engage in inappropriate behaviour that will not be tolerated and as such this is the reason that we request you to adhere to the above guest rules to ensure that you and your fellow guests have a safe and enjoyable stay with us at PREMIER SUITES Newcastle.
