The Cider Barn is a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom detached cottage set in the heart of the Somerset countryside, just 1.5 miles from Glastonbury. Surrounded by rolling hills and breathtaking views, it’s a perfect base for peaceful getaways or festival adventures.

Sleeping up to 7 guests, this charming retreat blends rustic character with stylish comfort, making it ideal for families, friends, or couples. Outside, guests can enjoy a private seating area with stunning countryside views—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The grounds are shared with the owner and are ideal for countryside walks, though dogs must be kept on leads due to grazing sheep. Dog beds can be provided on request.

Additional features include gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, private parking for three cars, and a bike store. A welcome pack and initial fuel for the wood burner are also included. Up to two dogs are welcome. Please note: this is a non-smoking property located on a working farm, with a pond nearby.

A spacious second bedroom sleeps 3 in a kingsize bed and a single, also furnished with top-tier bedding. The open-plan living area is warm and inviting, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining space, and a cosy lounge complete with a wood burner and high-quality double sofa bed. A standout feature is the original apple press, a nod to the barn’s heritage. The bathroom includes a bath with shower over, heated towel rail, and toilet.
